Child Safety Standards

1. Introduction

FestiFlirt (published on Google Play as "Festiflirt" under package com.blueeagles.festiflirt) is a dating platform exclusively intended for adults aged 18 and over. We take child safety extremely seriously and maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

2. Prohibition of CSAE

FestiFlirt strictly prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sharing, distributing, creating, or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Approaching, luring, or grooming minors for sexual purposes.
  • Any form of sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Facilitating contact between adults and minors with a sexual motive.
  • Sharing sexually explicit content involving minors.

Violations of this policy result in immediate and permanent account removal, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, and where applicable, reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or comparable organizations.

3. Age Verification

FestiFlirt is exclusively intended for users aged 18 and over. We maintain the following measures:

  • Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration.
  • Date of birth is required when creating an account.
  • Accounts suspected of being created by minors are immediately suspended and removed.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

FestiFlirt provides multiple ways to report suspicious behavior or content:

  • In-app reporting: Users can directly report profiles, messages, or content that violates our standards through the in-app reporting function.
  • Email: Reports can be sent to info@festiflirt.nl.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

5. Addressing CSAM

FestiFlirt maintains the following procedures for handling CSAM:

  • All user-uploaded content is monitored for CSAM.
  • Upon detection of CSAM, the content is immediately removed and the account is permanently blocked.
  • CSAM is reported to relevant authorities, including law enforcement and NCMEC.
  • We retain relevant data solely for law enforcement investigations, in accordance with applicable legislation.
